I used: Pangoro, Trevenant, and Nidoqueen
My Opponent used: Hitmontop, Lombre, and Gengar
Stadium: Turrfield
Battle BGM: Oleana

That is quite an interesting team my opponent has, while most of which are Pokémon that see a lot of use online, there are some unusual options, like Hitmontop, which is a Pokémon that is used more often in Double Battles, and this one didn't even have Intimidate, this must be a Hitmontop from Dynamax Adventures, because I did see this one had Triple Axel, which pairs up well with Technician, so I liked how well my opponent used Hitmontop.
I was surprised to see a Lombre on my opponent's team, but my opponent did have some strategy with using it, and it is always nice to see players making use of Pokémon that are not fully evolved. I picked Nidoqueen for this fight because most of my opponent's Pokémon were weak to Ground, and she has Sludge Wave to deal with Lombre.
While I was able to put Trevenant to decent use, he isn't really the most defensive Pokémon, it wasn't easy to find which stats to invest because not many players ever use Trevenant in online battles. It was good to give him a chance for this game, because Trevenant is a Pokémon that I really liked using back in the days of X & Y, so I wanted to get in an online match where I use Trevenant, and this set of online battles is one of them, and even though I didn't use Pangoro that much in this battle, it wasn't like I was going to keep her in against a Hitmontop, but her Darkest Lariat is there to deal with Gengar.
While it is good seeing opponents using Pokémon that aren't very common, or even finding a good strategy with an NFE Pokémon, and NFE stands for Not Fully Evolved if you are wondering, I like it when players use Pokémon that don't see common use, and I try to use many different Pokémon in online battles, and I even like to give underused Pokémon a chance, so I was able to test out Pokémon like Trevenant or Pangoro which I rarely ever see players use, Gen 6 had some really good Pokémon, even though most of which weren't the most viable Pokémon, they were at least decent, so I find Generation 6 to have some interesting Pokémon in terms of online battling. Nidoqueen is a good Pokémon with her Sheer Force and Life Orb set, and her wide access to many different moves, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt did help round out her coverage very well, as not many Pokémon do resist the Boltbeam coverage, and I looked up the Type Coverage Calculator, and every Pokémon that resists the Boltbeam coverage is weak to Ground.
