Before going into Surprise Trade, I show a Mystery Gift that is live from March 27th till April 3rd, where you can get 12 Exp. Candy XL and 12 Big Nuggets, this is a limited time event.
Then for Surprise Trade, I will be trading Snorlax, a fan favourite Pokémon from Gen 1, and has had competitive success throughout the years, specially in Gen 2.
I usually breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and these Snorlax have a Brave Nature, as Snorlax is slow, but has good Attack, and it has a lot of HP. I didn't go with the pre-evolved Munchlax because you have to give a Full Incense to a Snorlax, giving up an item slot of an Everstone or a Destiny Knot. For its Egg Moves, I went with Double-Edge, Curse, Fissure, and Counter, its other move is Gastro Acid, but it wasn't worth the time. I will list which parents in the Monster Egg Group that can learn those moves.
Counter: Chewtle, Drednaw
Curse: Slowpoke, G-Slowpoke, Slowbro, G-Slowbro, Slowking, G-Slowking, Bergmite, Avalugg
Double-Edge: Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Cubone, Marowak, A-Marowak, Aron, Lairon, Aggron, Bergmite, Avalugg
Fissure: Lapras (Requires Chain Breeding)
Gastro Acid: Chewtle, Drednaw (Requires Chain Breeding)

To get Fissure on Lapras, it has to breed with a Stunfisk, and to get Gastro Acid on Chewtle, it needs to breed with Seismitoad or Pyukumuku, and between the two moves, Fissure is more a better choice than Gastro Acid.
For stats, Snorlax has high HP, good Attack and Special Defense, its Defense and Special Attack are below average, and it has low Speed. Snorlax is capable of Gigantamax, but I will go over that when I go over online battles.
Snorlax can relearn all the moves it would learn as a Munchlax, like Stockpile, Screech, Recycle, Metronome, Flail, and Last Resort, but going over Snorlax's level up moves, it can get Defense Curl, Block, Yawn, Bite, Rest, Snore, Sleep Talk, Crunch, Body Slam, Heavy Slam, Amnesia, High Horsepower, Hammer Arm, Belly Drum, Belch, and Giga Impact.
Snorlax learns a wide variety of moves, from TMs, it can get the Elemental Punches, Mega Punch, Mega Kick, Pay Day, Self-Destruct, Rock Slide, Charm, Brick Break, Rock Tomb, Retaliate, Bulldoze, and Stomping Tantrum, and for TRs, it can get Earthquake, Outrage, Encore, Superpower, Seed Bomb, Zen Headbutt, Gunk Shot, Iron Head, Work Up, Heat Crash, Wild Charge, Darkest Lariat, and Body Press, and despite learning some nice Special moves, like Hyper Beam, Surf, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Fire Blast, Thunder, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, and Focus Blast, I don't recommend teaching any Special moves to Snorlax due to its low Special Attack stat, because before the Special split, Snorlax did have a decent Special stat, and its access to Amnesia did make it a decent Mixed Attacker. For its Tutor moves, it can learn Steel Roller and Terrain Pulse, I do not recommend Terrain Pulse for the same reason as other Special moves.
When using Snorlax in online battles, I recommend Gigantamax, because G-Max Replenish allows Snorlax to restore its held Berry after use, specially if you are using one with Gluttony and if it is holding a Figy Berry. It can make good use of moves like Curse, Earthquake, Heavy Slam, and many other moves, and Body Slam can be its main Normal-type move. With Heavy Slam and Earthquake, Snorlax can use Max Steelspike to boost its Defense, and Max Quake for Special Defense. It can learn a wide vareity of moves, and Iron Head is an alternative over Heavy Slam, because moves like Heavy Slam or Heat Crash will not work against a Dynamaxed opponent, and for other notable moves, a Snorlax with Thick Fat can make use of an Assault Vest and for moves, Body Slam and Earthquake are important moves, while Iron Head or Heavy Slam and either Heat Crash, Superpower, or Darkest Lariat can fill in for its fourth move.
I find it strange how Snorlax dropped in usage for Double Battles, because I remember back in the day when Gigantamax Snorlax was unstoppable, because it would usually be paired with Indeedee, which knew Follow Me and Heal Pulse, and a Trick Room user like Hatterene, so that way Snorlax can sweep entire teams, and Snorlax would use Belly Drum on the first turn while Indeedee uses Follow Me, and when Snorlax has taken a lot of damage, Indeedee would use Heal Pulse to restore Snorlax's health. Snorlax can use some powerful moves like Body Slam or Double-Edge for its Normal-type move, while High Horsepower and Darkest Lariat provide type coverage, or it could use Iron Head or Fire Punch for another coverage option, because Snorlax can learn a wide variety of moves. It is strange to see Snorlax's usage lower than usual when it is a dangerous Pokémon when used correctly in Double Battles, but it has remained a good Pokémon ever since Generation 1.
