I am using a hack that gives, among other things, instant text speed, faster walking speed, and no outlines for a truly efficient gameplay experience. However, it does have a few drawbacks. EVERYONE moves slightly more than they should in cutscenes, which leads to this.

I have no idea why but this is oddly amusing to watch.
