I take the Medali path to Glaseado Mountain, which leads to Montenevera, that is where the Ghost-type Gym is located. During then, I find something shining, like a Pokémon that is of a different colour to others, and a bunch of Trainers along the path.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Could you believe that? I found yet another Shiny Pokémon, and this time I recorded the encounter and the capture of the Shiny Pokémon, but I did notice the Shiny Bergmite, and interestingly enough, I did get a Shiny Bergmite in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, but I unfortunately cannot evolve this one into Hisuian Avalugg. That is three Shiny Pokémon I have encountered in this playthrough, first was the Shiny Cufant which I didn't catch because I didn't even notice that thing until I was editing that video, the second one was Shiny Dunsparce, which I caught offscreen, and the third is Shiny Bergmite, which was encountered and caught in this video.
I don't know if I have spoiled the Shiny Pokémon encounter in the thumbnail, I couldn't think of a good one to go with, and the encounter happens at the beginning of the video, so it's reasonable, it's not like one of those clickbait videos where the title is like "I FOUND A SHINY", and the Shiny Pokémon encounter doesn't happen till the end of the video, which is a spoiler that the player did find a Shiny Pokémon, and we know which one it was because the Pokémon is in the thumbnail, so that does take away the surprise.
In this video, I go from Medali leading to Glaseado Mountain, and take the path leading to Montenevera, which is where the Ghost-type Gym is located, and there is another path which leads to the Fairy Crew Base, and their boss, Ortega, has Level 50 Pokémon, and the final Gym Leader's highest level Pokémon is at Level 48, so I will wait till then to challenge Ortega and the Fairy Crew Base.
There isn't many encounters to go over, the only one aside from the Shiny Bergmite that I find in this video is Snover, this Pokémon has decent offensive stats, but kind of slow. Its evolved form Abomasnow is a solid Ice-type, its Ability Snow Warning summons snow instead of hail, because they removed hail from this game, at least Abomasnow does get the 50% increase to Defense, and it can learn Aurora Veil to pair well with it. Abomasnow can even use Blizzard with 100% accuracy, it learns the move at Level 49, it's a great Pokémon to use if you are looking for an Ice-type to use, and its Ability does not hinder its teammates.
Other Pokémon that can be found include Whiscash, which can be found in the small lake, you can find Sawsbuck in its Winter Form, and there are some evolved Pokémon, like Houndstone, which can be found along with some Greavard, and others include Glalie, Froslass, Bronzong, Golduck, and many others.
The Trainers at Glaseado Mountain are quite challenging as there are some at around Level 40 or near to that level, and there are two Boss Trainers, one has a Camerupt, Dedenne, and Veluza, and there is the Scientist that uses Magnezone, Hypno, and Muk, which have their normal level up moves, but can be challenging without the correct counters. Some of the Trainers that aren't even Boss Trainers and have three Pokémon, even they can provide a challenge, there is one that uses Mabosstiff, Vaporeon, and Weavile, even with their regular level up moves, they can be tricky if you come in unprepared, and there is another that leads with a Zoroark, and I do like how the Trainer uses a Paldean Tauros to trick Psychic-type Pokémon, and this one is the Aqua Breed, which is a Fighting/Water-type, and the Mismagius has excellent coverage moves like Power Gem and Mystical Fire, the one thing holding it back is it has Phantom Force for its Ghost-type move instead of Shadow Ball.
