As we progress deeper into Area Zero, we come across some Pokémon that are said to be from the future, much like Iron Treads, and we learn that Miraidon is likely a Pokémon that came from the future and once lived in Area Zero. We continue through Area Zero to learn more about Miraidon and the Pokémon from the future.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After our first Paradox Pokémon encounter, it is time to make it to Research Station No. 3, and the stream of water has some Golduck, Masquerain, and Flamigo for encounters, and you can sometimes find Bisharp around the area, and there are some caves, including one known as the Secret Cave, and for encounters, you can find Sneasel, Midnight Form Lycanroc, Chansey, Houndstone, and a few others, and in Scarlet, you can find Zweilous in the cave.
When you approach Research Station No. 3, you fight against Great Tusk or Iron Treads depending on your version, and you team up with Arven, his team is Mabosstiff, Cloyster, Scovillain, Toedscruel, Garganacl, and Greedent, and after beating the Paradox Donphan, you then learn from the professor that Miraidon is a Pokémon from the future, in Scarlet, you learn that Koraidon came from the past.
Then it is time to advance deeper, and for encounters, you can find Dunsparce, Gabite, Dugtrio, Espathra, Dudunsparce, Glimmora, and Garganacl, and exclusive to Violet is Drakloak, which is usually accomapnied by Dreepy. You also start encountering Paradox Pokémon, like Scream Tail or Iron Bundle, and in caves, you can find Flutter Mane in Scarlet, which is a prehistoric Misdreavus, or Iron Jugulis in Violet, which is a futuristic Hydreigon. When I first played through this part, I didn't know you can catch the Paradox Pokémon during your first visit to Area Zero, I thought you had to wait till you have beaten the game to capture them, because it didn't display your most recent Poké Ball when up against a Paradox Pokémon, so I assumed that you couldn't capture them until the after-game, and I didn't know you can catch Titan Pokémon back then, because I didn't catch the Iron Treads until the after-game when I found out you can capture Titan Pokémon.
When you get to Research Station No. 4, you find the lab is wrecked, and the professor is glitching out. After activating the switch in all four of the research stations, it is time to make it to Zero Lab.
When you get there, we bring out Miraidon and then after some dialogue and cutscenes, we get ambushed by a group of Paradox Pokémon, the first one is Great Tusk or Iron Treads, which you team up with Nemona against.
After that, you fight Brute Bonnet or Iron Hands, Brute Bonnet is an ancient Amoonguss, and it is a Grass/Dark-type, and Iron Hands is a futuristic Hariyama, and its type is Fighting/Electric, you team up with Penny for this one. Then you team up with Arven to take on Flutter Mane or Iron Jugulis, Flutter Mane is a Ghost/Fairy-type, and Iron Jugulis is a Dark/Flying-type.
Going over the two future Paradox Pokémon, as I have recorded the Area Zero exploration in Scarlet, and I will explain about Brute Bonnet and Flutter Mane in the description for that video. Iron Hands has Attack for its best stat, and it has a massive HP stat, fitting for being based on Hariyama, and much like Hariyama, it is really slow. Iron Hands has access to moves like Thunder Punch, Wild Charge, Close Combat, and Belly Drum for level up moves, and for TMs, it can learn Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Swords Dance, Iron Head, Play Rough, and Earthquake, Iron Hands is even considered to be one of the best Pokémon for Tera Raids, anything weak to Fighting, Iron Hands can deal some great damage.
Then for Iron Jugulis, it is faster, but has less Special Attack than Hydreigon, and being part Flying-type, it can make use of Air Slash. Iron Jugulis has access to Snarl, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, and Dragon Pulse, and for TMs, it can get Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Tailwind, Heat Wave, Earth Power, Hydro Pump, and Focus Blast, while it isn't as destructive as Hydreigon, it is still a fearsome threat with great move versatility. Iron Jugulis is by the way my least favourite future Paradox Pokémon, I don't dislike it, it's just that it doesn't look much different to Hydreigon other than being more mechanical in appearance, and because of it, it is easy to think it is a regular wild Hydreigon, only for it to be a Paradox Pokémon. My least favourite Paradox Pokémon overall is Brute Bonnet, not a big fan of the design, even though I don't mind Amoonguss as a Pokémon, Brute Bonnet doesn't really stand out to me that much.
