Some of pro abilities, move have bugs or not completely decoded. Some others are altered to suit gaming system.
As there is no breeding system, it will be almost impossible to get perfect 5x31 IV. Specially when you are needed to fight boss with boost 252evs or 400evs.
Here some bugs we can use to defeat the boss with using less item than needed (with some skill, it will be possible to defeat Hard Mode/no item allowed)

Things needed:
Toxic spikes(entry hazard)
Endure(max pp)
Rocky helmet(held item)
+ will o wisp/burn status (backup)

Recommended team:
1.Fortresses Sturdy(toxic spike, endure, rest, lum berry)
2.Garchomp rough skin (endure, rocky helmet)
3. Clefable magic guard (endure, toxic, rocky helmet)
4. Blissey anyAbility (endure, softboiled, toxic, rocky helmet)
5. Volcarona flame body(endure, will o wisp, rocky helmet)
6. Genesect or any fast killer pokemon that learn move (steel, psychic, icebeam)

Team objective:
1. poison and Stall using endure(rocky helmet for extra pdmg)
2. Burn and stall using endure(rocky helmet for extra pdmg)
3. Totally stall using rocky helmet/dmg from life orb
4. Those enemy using poison heal, magic guard, steel type and poison type are resist to poison= use burn status or use genesect/killer.
5. Some pokemon use fire blast or scald or poison which give Status dmg = use clefable magic guard
6. Blissey able to stand special dmg, so u can switch, or just let pokemon die if no endures pp to switch.
7. Garchomp rough skin + rocky helmet +poison will reduce 1/3 hp. More if they have life orb
