Full disclosure I absolutely love the Castlevania franchise.

And by franchise I mean Castlevania, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, the two hours or so of Rondo of Blood and the Netflix series.

Give me a break I grew up in a time when you didn't get to play every single game ever made and had to play the few games you got each year until the cartridges were falling apart.

I knew this collection was coming out but I did not know it was coming so soon.

So much to my excitement and little to my dismay, just as I was wrapping up my night and getting ready for bed I saw this was out today and had to get my hands on it right away.

Additional full disclosure I'm not great at these games so gameplay is absolutely garbage here but I take you through most of the first level of each of the first 4 Castlevanias leaving out the two Gameboy games, the Genesis one and a never before released in the US one.

Castlevania is such a wonderful franchise and I'm so happy to have a coffin-load of them on the PS4.
