While I was preparing myself for several fights with the Spanish navy, France and Spain decided to sign a peace treaty. Which did interupt my plans, but also gave me the opportunity to activate my trade convoys again.
That also gave me a chance to use the "discovery" I made a while ago about the city needs, which seems to be working out fine. And it certainly did when I got a mission to supply a town with enough goods to make sure it won't fall below a certain status.

With that covered, I decided to "investigate" some 'rumours' about a pirate fleet near Bermuda. What I found there eventually became the hardest fight(s) I had to do in this game. But.... in the end I was victorious after all.
