I continue smoking Sunny Cove OG and talking about why strains with the same name are different from each other.

This Sunny Cove OG is a hybrid strain with a THC of 26.14% and CBD of 0.10%. I got a gram nugg and it is a beauty! Nice little orange hairs, frost everywhere, and very dense! The trim job shaped her nicely. The bud smells sour and like parmesan cheese. Hit it carefully because she hits mild and harshly if you take a huge rip! She'll leave you in tears!

Expect to get the best of both worlds with this hybrid strain. One bowl will bring on a relaxing body high and increase focus. Minor aches and pain will go away. No too stoney feelings. Very happy euphoria. Fire up a second bowl and up your body high without losing focus. You'll hear your voice vibrating from your chest and throughout your body. A strain to really relax to or smoke a little and be productive.

I continue talking about why strains differ in how they look, smell, and how their effects. I go over genotype and phenotype. I stay away from chemotype because I don't fully understand it. I try to Barney style it by referring to my Critical Jack grow compared to my friends. I would get clones from her to keep up with the genetic traits they were gaining every generation. Her plants were resilient, grew tall, and had a lot of great traits.

Something I should have mentioned is, I once lost my entire harvest of Critical Jack except one plant because of power outage and freezing conditions. The plant that survived was from the same group that were used to growing in my conditions. The others were first generation in those conditions.

Genetics matter when being passed down through generations. The physical make up, smell, and effects of the bud go beyond just genetics. The physical environment and the nutrients feed causes them to take their shape, color, and smells. Think of it like raising children. Feed them healthy and take care of them, they will grow up to be strong and happy. Stuff them with junk and neglect them, you'll be wondering where you went wrong.

All this is important to know because these strain reviews may not match with the same strain you are smoking. If you are looking for a strain that is perfect for you, check out all my videos and pay attention to the cultivators. Try their grows and stick with them if it works for you. You may get some variation each harvest, but the effects should all be in the same ballpark unless they change their cultivation process.

Good Bye and Stay High!

What should I talk about next?
What strains should I try?
