The very world is at your fingertips as you fight for survival, fortune, and glory. Delve deep into cavernous expanses, seek out ever-greater foes to test your mettle in combat, or construct your own city - In the World of Terraria, the choice is yours!

Blending elements of classic action games with the freedom of sandbox-style creativity, Terraria is a unique gaming experience where both the journey and the destination are as unique as the players themselves!

The Calamity Mod is a large content mod for Terraria which adds many hours of endgame content and dozens of enemies and bosses dispersed throughout the vanilla game's progression. The Calamity Mod also features several harder difficulty modes, five new biomes and new structures, a new class, a new leveling mechanic, more than thirty new songs, over fifty recipes for previously uncraftable vanilla items and other assorted changes to vanilla gameplay.

Swords are the player's basic melee weapon. Broadswords are swung over the head when used, while shortswords are stabbed in front of the player. Some swords also release a projectile when swung, making them a good option when fighting at range.

What RD is?
R stands for Revengeance, a new gamemode introduced in the Calamity Mod, serving as an increased difficulty level to Expert Mode.
D stands for Defiled Rune, which is an item that can be activated and deactivated while in Revengeance Mode or Death Mode. When active, it has multiple effects on gameplay:

Wings do not work.
All damage sources have a 25% chance to critically strike the player, dealing 1.5x damage.
This applies to enemies, traps, lava, fall damage, and anything else that can hit the player to deal damage; however, it does not apply to debuffs, drowning, or any other form of continuous damage over time.
Certain items in the Calamity Mod with drop rates below 5% are raised to 5%.
Affected vanilla rare items are given an additional +5% drop rate.
Increases the amount of money that drops from enemies by 50%.
Some enemies will drop items that they normally will only drop in certain biomes.

The first episode features Daedalus and his backstory from the Ancient times and the first part of an epic adventure (from the start to Wall of Flesh).
