In this video I look back at Actor Urbano Barberini's films from the 1980's in search of possible future references that would link him to a role in the 2006 James Bond thriller Casino Royale.
There may be some anagram related references in the fantasy films Gor (1987), Outlaw Of Gor (1989) & the 1989 Italian horror film, The Black Cat (Demons 6 De Profundis) that suggest this by way of referencing movie Director Ridley Scott.
Jack Palance played the Priest Xenos in Gor & Outlaw Of Gor. Known for his gunfighter / cowboy roles in past westerns such as Shane (1953). The creature shown in the Alien films was named a "XENOmorph" in the 1986 sequel by director James Cameron.
LEVIN is the name of a movie producer in The Black Cat. Interestingly, actor Ted Levine played the killer, Buffalo Bill in Jonathan Demme's Silence Of The Lambs (1991). Scott directed the sequel, Hannibal in 2001.
Mads Mikkelsen played Dr. Hannibal Lecter in the NBC TV series Hannibal (2013-2015).
Actor Giancarlo Giannini was among the cast of both Hannibal ('01) & Casino Royale.
Scott's sci-fi horror film Alien (1979) included Yaphet Kotto in the cast, he played Kananga / Mr. Big in 1971 James Bond film Live And Let Die.
Paul L. Smith appeared in Gor & Dune (1984). Ridley Scott did some significant pre-production work on this project before being forced to leave it.
Oliver Reed appears in Gor & was tipped by the press to play Bond in the 1970's. He was in Ridley Scott's Gladiator in 2000.
