I think this was actually the first 3D printed model I made a video of... I just forgot to load it. I figured I should since I already finished painting it!
Print Your Monsters makes, well... monsters. Not just little monsters usually, but big crazy stuff that doesn't fit all on one print plate. Every now and then they make smaller stuff which is fun too- I thought the Death Knight would be a good middle ground. Also it helps that most his parts could fit around the build plate, seeing as how I now have a bunch of dead pixels right in the middle and have to get creative printing stuff.
I like the weird ribbed armor. Very organic looking. The tentacles on the helmet give it a Giger- esque look too. It's nice to not have any overtly "death" or undead motifs really apparent. You could absolutely get away with using this model in all sorts of other situations. He's large enough at his original scale you could use him as a daemon prince or chaos champion of some sort, or shrink the whole thing down to a character size and have it be a hero or adversary in really ornate armor. In fact I'm tempted to try that myself!
There are a few option parts available (including a more undead like head if you desire), and he has the option of having swords in both hands as well.
I'll include a link to his MyMiniFactory and Patreon pages. Very reasonably priced considering what's offered- we'll be seeing some of his Dark Elf army later this month!
