Pro 11 - Juno HVPP - AVR unbricker Fix RSTDISBL high voltage programmer

This is a mini program/sub-circuit to write the correct fuses to the AVR MCU, thus unbricking it. It's not possible to program the SPIEN fuse using SPI, but RSTDISBL on the other hand can be programmed, and doing so is as good as disabling SPI.

Other than unbricking a MCU and having an extra IO pin, HVPP is particularly unless. It will not allow in-system programming, and to add complication, some MCUs use serial HV instead of parallel, so it's not universal.
