The needed 12v and 0v for the target reset and the 5v ON/OFF for the target VCC are tested, and all other connections for parallel programming are confirmed. Blue LED is 5V power LED; Green LED is Ready LED. The prototype will only used to test PP and unbrick few MCU. A HVP will not be built.
