Problems with RealAcc/True-D/LaForge with ImmersionRC 600mw VTX's
To follow up from the strange issues I had testing my Firefly 7s with my quad, I flew out my wing to 1km with the RealAcc 40 ch receiver and then repeated it with the FatShark Nextwave... .coming to the conclusion that the RealAcc just can't get a clean signal from an ImmersionRC 600mw VTX. The LaForge and True-D is based on the same receiver modules and firmware, so it seems very likely that these will have the same issue.
Apologies for the sound in this video, I'd managed to leave my lapel mic on my desk giving exceptionally high volume when picking up things off of it, but less so on my voice.
As I said, if you aren't going to be running this one VTX then the RealAcc is a very nice system. You can get it here from Banggood (affiliate link) -

Or with both modules in the single bay -
