4Project Highrise Miami Malls and the Terminal Temptations scenario concludes with our tower reaching majestically into the sky as it becomes more populous than ever before.
Our goal is to increase the population to strive toward the gold scenario medal. To assist with this we build a new food court, with a large rooftop restaurant and many gourmet restaurants.
We help our our struggling eateries by dropping the restaurant rents, because I'm a nice guy.
Also, expect people wandering around empty bits of the building, the picture of the naughty lady and ponderings about why medium rooftop restaurants don't need water.
