Project Highrise Tokyo Towers DLC and the Seismic Security scenario is back as we invest heavily in a big build to increase the height of our tower significantly.

The new floors are used wisely, with luxuxy apartments going in to bring in the dollars and also a lot more stores being placed. This does bring the need for more support services so more space is created in the basement too.

We also add a special area for luxury goods stores, so they can't complain about noise and smells, and we begin to place some more gourmet restaurants into our tower too.

Oh, and I scare away Godzilla. FEAR ME!
