Project OutFox Edit: drop pop candy

This is a simfile that I wanted to make for a while, but I recently got the motivation to do it. It's one of the most popular Reol songs that I discovered, and I really like it. It easily made for a somewhat complex Expert chart for a licensed song: hard, but far from an old-school boss song level.
And no, I'm not using the In The Groove cut of the song as I think they tried too hard to cut it so it lasts over 2 minutes. Plus, the cut would not work if I decide to use it with the video. So, instead, I decided to cut both the song and the video so they work together.
