An Ohio Prosecutor does a slurry wordy bit and can't properly do the eye test or the dance of sobriety. As such he gets himself arrested for OVI/DUI and pleads guilty for said OVI/DUI

Nothing much more to say other than good on the officer to not do a dip that on occasion happens when they encounter other people working for the government.
