0Pick whatever vehicle you are comfortable with, though the Helicopter is probably the best choice as there is no chance of anything getting in your way. There are four set spawns where the Pumper will stop. The Hydras will spawn in increasing numbers and they will target the Pumper. The Hydras between those stopping points can be ignored. If the escorting tanks stay alive (which is usually the case), they will do a great job helping you fight them off. The Military will usually target the first Hydra that emerges and if you assist, it can often be killed without it managing to attack.
