30+ waves Proven Defender
Use gear with as many sockets, since they don't get inflated due to the itemlvl squish
I used vial of corruption + ebon trinket, since those were the best I had
As for talents I used T1- feline swiftness, T2- ysera gift, T3- typhoon (highly suggested), T4- treants T5- Ursol Vortex (highly suggested) T6- DoC

As for the actual waves, I made a lot of mistakes. It wasn't the ideal or perfect endless wave 30 + but I managed.
I'll briefly describe what I did per wave
Wave 1- Easy wave, treant one add and pick the other one up, shouldn't have trouble
Wave 2 - One of the scarier and heavy damage if not handled correctly wave, make sure you use Typhoon + Stampeding roar and Ursol's Vortex to reset you bleed stacks
Wave 3- Pretty easy wave, pick up both melee mob and interrupt one of the casters. Tank them in fire pools and watch them melt. (avoid fire at all cost, I stand in it a few times and it trucks me)
Wave 4- Conquerer is about only threat, make sure you pop a cd like shield wall for when it enrages
Wave 5- Fairly easy wave, pick up the melee units and tank them in the fire pools
Wave 6- Very Dangerous Wave, 3 big illusionary wind buggers, annoying and deals quite a lot of damage. They also have a lot of health which will drag into wave 7.
Wave 7- Very dangerous wave, wave 6 carries over + small bleed adds + conquer... make sure you shield wall the enrage
Wave 8- Pretty easy recovery wave imo
Wave 9- Mildly dangerous group, 5 mobs with 2 knockbacks. Make use of light cooldowns and kite when you need cooldowns or heals.
Wave 10- Big conquer, cooldown for enrage GG
Rinse repeat
Each wave from wave 1 = +1 % damage buff on anything that spawns... So by wave 30... they will have a 30% damage buff. Take that into consideration and be prepared to chunk in hp as you progress.
Pretty much these are the 10 waves, you can map out cooldown management, I made sure I had berserk for certain waves and shield wall for conquer's enrage... everything else was kind of winged.
If you want, you can memorize each spawn pattern and wave so you are totally prepared to pick them up on the spot they spawn.

You will notice I take quite a # of stacks of fire and get hit by Conquer's conal stun which tears me up. You do not need to be perfect, so don't give up instantly if u think its too hard... you can do it. ALSO, don't forget to use DoC healing touch procs like me... GG im bad
