PS3 Longplay [019] Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception (part 2 of 4)

The third and final entry in the Uncharted-series, Drakes Deception, is Naughty Dogs attempt to once again raise the bar for adventure games. This is not a clear improvement on the previous games, but more of a "one step forward and two backwards". The story is a bit weak, and some game mechanics have been tweaked to the worse. In my opinion, it is the weakest in the series, but it is still a very good game. On the plus-side, some puzzles are a bit more challenging, and combat is a bit more interactive.
On the minus-side, control of the characters is less natural and the game in general is a lot more glitchy than before.
If you've seen my other Uncharted-games, this will be more or less the same.
Slow progress, hopefully varied weapon-usage and triggering of as much dialogue and easter-eggs as possible.
The shorter bonus-movie contains the four Featurettes included on the disk and some special ways to die. The longer contains the five co-op missions in multiplayer and some sections of the "real" multiplayer maps.
There are Matroska-chapters embedded in all files, so if you have a player that can show them, it is easy to jump to different parts of the movies.
If you want more information on what's going on, download the subtitle-file for running commentary. I keep it at a minimum, only explaining game-mechanics and such, so it's not a Lets Play. -
