Unlike 3rd Strike on PS3, there's no option to lower the number of rounds per match, which makes things considerably trickier against the boss, Gill, who by the second round usually has enough energy meter to use his "Resurrection" ability if you KO him--this regenerates up to his entire health meter (if you don't hit him in time as he's floating there; I almost always seem to forget to do it in time : P).
A quirk of 2nd Impact is that many of the characters have to face their particular "rival" character from the cast AFTER beating the boss! Ooh that rival really burns me up, trying to rain on my parade like that!
Of course in Yun's case, his rival is his younger brother, Yang. In the first SFIII game, Yang was a hidden palette swap of Yun; in 2nd Impact, they actually have different moves. But they still share the same end cinematic. : PP
