Unreal Engine 4's Infiltrator demo is the latest demo featuring the new engine from Epic Games, which is perhaps even more visually impressive than the Unreal 4 engine Elemental demo that was shown last year. The elemental demo recently was shown working on the Playstation 4 and Epic have commented that although they are yet to get the Infiltrator demo working on the PS4, they believe that they can do so.
Elemental had to have a few changes on the PS4 version, most notably the lighting - so what about the PS4 exclusive, Killzone.
Killzone Shadow Fall is a visual feast - and is head and shoulders better graphically than any other FPS title we've seen on console before. I thought this would be a fun video to do as a side by side (of sorts)comparison of the two titles. They are both work in progress, but they are both real time footage.
You can use it to at least get a look at texture, model and overall lighting quality.
The Killzone Shadow Fall footage is from playstation 4 hardware, which of course is 8GB of GDDR5, 18GCN radeon cores clocked at 800MHZ and the AMD Jaguar APU.
The PC footage of Infiltrator is running on the Intel I7, 16GB of RAM and a Geforce GTX 680.
Both footage is 1080P.
