This isn't your pappy's microusb 4-pin with ground, power, and 2 data.
No, this thing can push 100W down. Plenty enough for a soldering iron to get hot enough to melt junk onto a rear defroster (video for another day). And if they're made cheaply, they might not have all the wires or circuitry. Crazy, huh?


Anyway, I don't have a 100% answer, but, the idea is to do your due diligence. And maybe don't go sticking it in that $2500 computer before testing it on some delicious raspberry pi (keep ur linux fork, and bring ice cream dammit ♥️)
