*As of (8/13/2022) I am testing on a fresh installation of 'Windows' ONLY having the game .(exe) files added to the "Graphics Options" menu outlined in this video. Only having the game .(exe) feels pretty good to me, I still kept OBS. Test for yourself and see what you think runs best on your setup!
This post is to quickly and simply explain specifically how to enable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in Windows Settings. This is extremely vital to add the .(exe) for each game or program that you run, in order to get the actual performance that you paid for out of your video card.
Another absolutely cringe and disgusting default Windows setting. Hardaware-accelerated GPU scheduling is "OFF" by default in Windows 10. The 'gaming' operating system that literally has an endless litany of absolute garbage default settings, ruining your gaming experience. These 1head pepegas at Microsoft ruined this for every gamer, and everyone at all using the OS really.
Now we have to make videos going one by one, detailing how to reverse the braindead nerfing of your own hardware internally from a dog water operating system. You're being sabotaged by Microsoft and Windows, these steps are necessary in order to get the performance out of the hardware that you rightfully purchased, with your money (they don't care about that though).
