Pre-request, because I just know someone was going to ask for this one.

A bastard of a level, seeing as you're thrown straight in with almost no time to react. The demon to the immediate left at the start prevents any real chance of causing infighting between the two Shotgun Guys and the Imps, and opening fire to deal with it causes a flood of Cacodemons to be alerted to your presence.

The difficulty in dealing with the masses stems not from the enemies themselves, but instead from ammo conservation and poor accuracy. Plug too many precious shotgun shells away, and you'll be left with nothing more than your pistol to take down multiple Hellknights with.
