I did clear Psyvariar Medium Unit (with Axion R) some time ago. Now I'm focusing more on the Delta mode to possibly work my way up to the X-D clear. But first, a "simple" X-B clear, albeit with some attempts at scoring here and there in the non-X stages. No boss milking and relatively safe X-stage handling, but I did chain level ups as much as possible in stages where I felt more comfortable.

The route selection mechanics push you to level up to unlock better routes and get more X-stages as well, and as a result, there's still plenty of stuff I haven't seen yet like the X-C and X-D stages. One consequence of the stage selection and how the leveling potential differs between them also means that the route I picked (Earth - Valley - XA - Cloudbank - Zero Space - XB) has no chance (or maybe barely?) of getting all those stages locked behind level up requirements.

The reason I still went for those is because I actually like the music way more than said better stages lmao. I'll have to get used to the weaker music in other stages for the next runs but damn, it's almost hilarious how the most lucrative scoring stages consistently have music I like less. Well it's not too bad overall as most of the tracks are still bangers, though I am not even sure we can call the Volcano music "music" lmao. It's Illvelo DillinJah-tier of "minimalistic". Oh well, the game is still very fun to play (albeit punishing) so it'll be pretty cool pushing the game some more I think!

Still, given that it's very close (only 1mil diff) and that there's tons more scoring potential with the other routes, I imagine I will beat that score without too many issues as I keep playing anyways.
