When crafting a puzzle, it is very easy to fall into moon logic. That is the solution is obvious to YOU but to no one else.
I think puzzles in non-puzzle games can be used to great effect to strengthen player understanding of mechanics.
But you possibility space may be huge. So maybe a problem instead of a puzzle?
