Hello and welcome back to Pwnery's Penny Arcade and the Next 30 of The Captain, an incredibly detailed pixel-art Space Survival RPG with elements that harken back to games such as Space Quest, Beneath a Steel Sky, and even bits of Wing Commander - with a few almost card-like elements for battle sequences. My coverage of this game is for the beginning stages of this game, but in hindsight, long after this series recordings, I've discovered that this game is HUGE in terms of content and things to do. Decisions you make will reflect the outcome of your adventure, a lot like how The Outer Worlds plays, but so far, I've been completely enamored with the graphical layout, ease of play, interface system, sound and music. Today we'll be picking up where we left you last to a lonely little outpost on a rescue op. This is our first real encounter with multi-faceted ending potential. You'll hear me describe the outcome I saw watching a fellow YouTuber, then seeing me take a different route ... not once, but twice.

This game and my playthroughs could have easily gone 15-20 episodes with where I'm at at in my personal play, however - I've decided to stick to 5 episodes for now, to entice you to try it for yourself. The game is a mere 20 bucks and well worth every penny. I absolutely love it.
