This is the Result of mixing in Quake with cell-shaded graphic art...(For notable example - Wind Waker, Borderlands)
Very agile movement. You actually wall jump or hop forward with a simple button. I use the right mouse button. Movement is key in this game.

This is very much like Quake 3 arena, except the weapons and ammo system are dumbed down just slightly, but all in favor of high movement. You can see a damned pig flying around and shooting people for crying out load.

The only problem I see with this game is most of the time the long list of servers are like a ghost town, depending where you live.

This was only experimenting with the weapons and how everything works. I ain't jumping into clan arena or duel modes just yet....ain't ready for MLG-style play or whatever.

I have to warn you, straight up. This game has a high skill gap, and I'm saying that is because this clearly isn't your average shooter that you find on consoles and whatnot. Don't expect to get a 100 kills as soon as you join a game or something.

Keep in mind, There really isn't much of an audience for this open source shooter, and its like that for lots of reasons from what I can see. Most open source games aren't popular, and also, these types of shooters aren't as popular as they once were back in...say, the late 90's compared to today's modern military shooter genre, so expect only the hardcore players to be online in these servers and get your ass beat to shit in 2 seconds flat.

There is no forgiveness here. You die simply because of the following reasons:

A. You deserve it.

B. You deserve it.

C. "GIt Gud Next Time, SUCKER!!!!"

D. The other player is simply better than you.

and lastly,

E.You deserve it.



Again, it's really not too hard to see why not many people play this game.

It's hard for me to recommend this to anyone because of the many cons and not enough pros above, but if you still want to check it out, then download it.

+It's freakin' free
+Quake...but with some parkour influence I think

and cons?
-Not much of a player base
-Not easy to master
-Weapons feel like they have been nerfed.
-If you thought Quake live was hard enough, then you haven't met Warsow yet. with the wall jumping and faster movement, it can be somewhat harder and unpredictable depending on opponent skill level, especially on duel games. So long story short? Very high Skill gap. Expect to be destroyed in your first time playing.
