Quake Champions on Linux [Steam Play Proton] gameplay
Test with Quake Champions - Team Death match - at LOW Settings with Proton 3.7.5 - the Steam Play Proton compatibility layer from Valve.
This video is quite old .. So the performance should be way better now with newer Proton versions.
(Note that some FPS were also lost with recording)
For the younger among us who don't know Quake ..
Let see ..
"Think about Fortnite ..... Intensively .
Then think about the total opposite ...
You are Now in the good path :D "
[Instant adrenaline rush and Death metal music ..
Don't forget - to move :)
- to "fire a rocket at the turn of the corner when jumping" - just "to check" ... ]
I've tried to make a video of a round where I wasn't too bad .. so the video is more than just a technical "proof of concept" ..
.. and obviously failed .. but you should check it anyway ;)
