I hope you like falling damage.

This is probably the closest to a puzzle that Quake gets, and even then it's not much of one. Jump around and fly through oversized sewage pipes, breaking your legs on every landing and trying not to get your head taken off by the residents of each section that await your invariably clumsy landing.

Then hobble through the exit -- with your knees firmly between your shoulders -- and hope that the next area's not some other shithole that also glorifies falling damage.
