Quake II Mod: Action Quake 2
0A mod for Quake II that aims to make the game feel like an action movie. As such, the game is basically a modified deathmatch where taking damage can affect your movement and health. The mod was created by The A-Team, and some of the people there would go on to make Action Half-Life and Counter-Strike, both Half-Life mods. The game would receive a 2022 open-source re-release called "AQtion".
Like my other videos on multiplayer portions of these games, I just go on some random maps I found and play them for a bit before moving on to another, just because I don't feel like going on a server for this and out of respect for other players playing on servers right now. But yeah, the mod itself doesn't come with any maps, so you gotta download them off somewhere. I downloaded a mappack but only put in some of the maps because I felt like it would be another disk-space-killer.
