So regarding 'Inauspicious Kraal', that door I thought was a softlock is not, in fact, tied to the button, so it can just open normally. I just miss it multiple times, partially because of where I dropped down from, and also partially because of all the chaos that happens there. Some combination of those two things led to me never registering that there was even a door there.

It probably would've been better if the door was button/trigger operated from the outside (quite ironically), so that the player doesn't accidentally open it and miss it during that particular fight.

Beyond that issue, the door that doesn't seem to open correctly (My guess is the angles aren't right, honestly if this door had opened correctly it probably would've circumvented the entire bit above since I would've dropped down, hit the button and moved on), and the fact the level isn't sealed (Probably a pinhole somewhere), it's still an interesting level.
