A partial conversion of Quake created by Minh Le "Gooseman", who had also made the MP5 and Shotgun models for Special Forces Quake. He would later go on to make the other mods Action Quake 2 for Quake II and Counter-Strike for Half-Life.

The game itself comes with a few maps. The "main" maps mostly involve completing several objectives before returning to a start point, while the other two maps I played are just the classic find-the-exit maps.

The game's weapons are modeled after real firearms. Reloading guns that use magazines will discard all ammo in the current clip, as in real life. The mod was mostly made to be realistic, and weapons do high damage.
