A total conversion for Quake that turns the game into a tactical shooter. The game includes weapons based off real firearms, as well as more features like a grappling hook. Two new level types are introduced, one where you have to kill all enemies to finish the level, and another where you must keep all hostages alive to win. These exist alongside the regular run-and-find-the-exit levels. The game has its own episode, while the other two doors lead into the other two main Quake episodes. The game also includes two deathmatch maps that I will show in the next video.

There were also going to be mission packs for this mod, as well as a sequel titled "Special Forces ][: Deadly Forces Authorized". But those never saw the light of day, however a few custom maps were made for this game. A partial conversion based on this mod, called "Special Forces: STRIKE TEAM", focuses more on class-based teamplay and did not come with any new maps as it appeared it never left beta stages.
