Isaiah isn't necessarily referring to a virgin at all. The word used refers to a young woman who may or may not be a virgin. The bigger problem is that the woman is pregnant, and will give birth, not that she will be pregnant and will give birth.

This is someone contemporaneous to Isaiah, not a prophecy about a Messiah hundreds of years later.
