Use rapid-fire and no power-ups, complete stages 1 & 2 of R-Type in a single game of 1P Classic! The main trick to this is knowing as long as you die in roughly these two spots you'll get spawned forward which helps. The final boss of the second stage only ever takes two shots at you (as long as damage is consistent) if you sit in that specific spot.
