This is Radar Wars 2 GOLD, one of the three DOS games that InterAction studios publicly released, and one of the first games InterAction studios has ever made.

In this game, you have to be the last radar standing to win a round. You can either play with AI (which have 6 difficulty levels), or with another person. After all of the rounds are finished, the player with the most kills will win. You're able to redeem points you received from shooting the other radars in a shop that appears every round for a variety of weapons. To shoot at other players, you have to set the angle and velocity of your weapon, then shoot.

This version of the game was finished on May 1st, 1994, however this game is much older than that. The first version of it, Radar Wars 1, dates back to 1992.

When you open it in DOSBox without having done anything else earlier, if you try to play with sound, the game will crash. You have to set your card to the Sound Blaster 1.0 in order to play it with it.
