This technique is the one that should be followed for Linux Mint v21. The technique for v20x does not work anymore due to QT5 being completely broken in Linux Mint v21. This software "Radeon-Profile" is a piece of amazing programming! For several years now, I have not had to run my ATI graphics card hot anymore in Linux thanks to this one program.
