Railway Empire 2, part 48 "Adding the last routes, before riding along."
1With containing my last AI opponent being done, it's time to set up the last supply, passenger and mail routes to make sure everything is properly connected to my network. Which means that when I thought I'd done the passenger and mail routes right, I noticed I actually had added a station that shouldn't be there if I wanted to use the hotel. But once I figured out that problem, all worked like a charm.

But that also means I can focus at other goals from now on. I still have one AI competitor to deal with, although she isn't much of a threat anymore. But I want to wipe her off of the map and a merger is the only way to do that. So I bought another 5% of her shares, leaving "only" 45% to be bought. Given the amount needed for that, I will do that in small steps, but I'm also going to look at my industries, buy up everything she's in and in regions I'm able to buy things and increase the productivity to make sure my cities are going to remain well supplied. And once that's done, it's time to look to what's going to happen in the 1850's. Which is still a bit over 3 years from now.
