RALLY ARCADE CLASSICS – A pixelated disappointment that promised to revive the past
Today on Hoy Te Hablo De, we analyze Rally Arcade Classics, a game that attempts to revive the magic of arcade driving classics like SEGA Rally and Daytona USA, but falls far short on all fronts. Despite having a solid technical foundation and a decent graphics engine, its forced progression, lack of content, boring settings, and poor art direction make it one of the biggest recent disappointments in the genre.
In this video, I tell you about my complete experience, the few successes, the many failures, and why this title fails to capture the essence of the arcade games that shaped our childhoods.
