RTX 5060 Ti at its Limit: 4K ALL in ULTRA + DLSS 4 and FG x4 — Playable or Insane?
Today I'm taking the RTX 5060 Ti (16GB) to an extreme setting: 4K, all in Ultra, ray tracing where appropriate, DLSS 4 in Ultra Performance, and Frame Generation ×4. This isn't a traditional benchmark, but rather an experiment to measure the practical ceiling of a mid-range GPU when we combine all its technologies. In Steam games, I used framerate meters that distinguish real from generated frames, and in the rest, I supported capture with MSI Afterburner. All tests were performed with a keyboard and mouse to better assess latency. The result? More playable than expected, even starting from 20–35 real fps in heavy scenes, with high perceived fluidity when frame generation is activated; however, it's not a recommendation to always play like this. At 1440p, with less aggressive presets and less extreme DLSS modes, the experience becomes more consistent and responsive. The 16GB of VRAM helps stabilize textures and minimize stutter, although the actual benefit depends on the title and scene. This video aims to test the limits and help you understand the tradeoffs (internal quality, latency, artifacts) involved in pushing these features to the limit.
