This freeware game is less of a rally game and more about the developer, Zane Interactive aka Neil Powrie, learning and experimenting with the Dark Basic programming language.
Originally envisioned as a rally game with multiple stages, it eventually released as a single night-time track with 4 cartoon-like cars, and handling that falls more towards Mario Kart than Colin McRae Rally!
Sounds are functional (there is an energetic dance tune to race to, but I turned it off here, as it's a bit loud!
