I am in Mournhold, (the clockwork city and Capital of Morrowind) Basically going to lengths to taunt a High Ordinator to avoid a bounty, but then duel them to the death to take the guard's possessions. Her Hand's equipment is pretty strong heavy armorment, and is worth a huge amount of money, sell them for many gold septims or use it for battle. I decided not to add music for the video and simply maintain sound effects (SFX). High Ordinators are strong and can be just as dangerous as Gaenor especially if the double or triple team you.

High Ordinators are the temple guards of Mournhold. They are sworn to uphold both Temple law and Imperial law. High Ordinators wear iridescent heavy armor made especially for them and called simply Her Hand's Armor. Like their Ordinator colleagues in Vivec, their masks hide their faces. They wield an Ebony Scimitar. The most skilled and trustworthy guard Almalexia herself, and are known as the Hands of Almalexia.

As with the Indoril armor, wearing either the Her Hand's Cuirass or the Her Hand's Helmet will earn you the wrath of the Ordinators if you talk to them. (This includes those who talk to you if they are trying to arrest you.)
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, commonly referred to simply as Morrowind, is a single player computer role-playing game developed by Bethesda Game Studios, and published by Bethesda Softworks and Ubisoft. It is the third installment in The Elder Scrolls series of games. It was released in North America in 2002 for Microsoft Windows and the Xbox. Well-received publicly and critically, selling over four million copies and winning more than 60 awards, including Game of the Year, Morrowind holds an average review score of 89% from both Metacritic and Game Rankings. The game spawned two expansion packs for the PC: Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Both were eventually repackaged into a full set containing all three, Morrowind: Game of the Year Edition, which shipped on October 30, 2003 for both PC and Xbox. The story takes place on Vvardenfell, an island in the Dunmer province of Morrowind, which lies in the empire of Tamriel and is far from the more civilized lands to the west and south that typified Daggerfall and Arena. The central quests concern the deity Dagoth Ur, housed within the volcanic Red Mountain, who seeks to gain power and break Morrowind free from Imperial reign. Morrowind was designed with an open-ended free-form style of gameplay in mind, with a lessened emphasis on the game's main plot. This choice received mixed reviews in the gaming press, though such feelings were tempered by reviewers' appreciation of Morrowind's expansive and detailed game world.
Morrowind is the third installment in the Elder Scrolls series. The game takes place on the island of Vvardenfell, a district in the Dunmeri province of Morrowind. It is smaller in scope than the previous games in the main series, Daggerfall and Arena, yet much more detailed. This epic, open-ended RPG allows for a wide variety of character designs and play styles. The game continues to be sold on store shelves, six years after its initial release, partially due to the widespread mod community, which has the potential to supply Morrowind with new content in perpetuity. The Xbox 360 is backwards compatible with Morrowind.
