This is Ranma ½: Akaneko-dan teki Hihou or Ranma 1/2: Hidden Treasure of the Red Cat Gang on Super Nintendo. It's an RPG game.
I actually picked this up back in the day by mistake. I thought it was the 3rd of the 1-on-1 fighting games in the series. This was pre-internet days so when I spotted the characters on the label I assumed it was the fighting game. I was a little disappointed when I got home & it was an RPG as the language was obviously a barrier to my enjoyment. However I played through a few levels all the same. Graphically it's a nice game. I later got the 3rd fighting game which I'll do a video of at some point soon.
Ranma 1/2 was a popular manga featuring a main character that is a boy who turns into a girls in contact with cold water. It got three different 1-on-1 fighters on SNEs and this RPG and I think a puzzle game too.
This is my original cart from late in the SNES era that I picked up back in the day.
I'm also sorting my loft and finding all sorts of obscurities, oddities and nice games from my collection so I'll be doing some random vids. As always the game cart is played on original hardware - no emulation etc This is played on my Super Nintendo. Captured through a Retrotink 5x purely for ease of capture.
