Ratchet & Clank: Part 16: Raising Hailstorm in Hoven
6Hoven is a snowy planet. Somehow from its name, I felt like it would be before I even saw what it looked like. Ratchet & Clank head there to stop Drek's planet-busting bomb ship, though Ratchet's still only doing this if it gives him a lead on Captain Qwark.

One really easy Skill Point to get heree is "Pest Control". A bit ahead of where you start, there will be a spot full of trees. A bunch of little yeti will come out to fight you here. Kill 'em all, and the Skill Point is yours.
Another Skill Point on Hoven is "Whirlybirds". You have to shoot down 5 helicopters to get it, but a save data "glitch", I think, only made me had to shoot down one.

A branched path in this planets leads into a cave where you'll need to use the Hydrodisplacer to ascend with the water to get out of it. Remember that drowning will never be a problem for you ever again since you should have the 02 Mask at this point.
Once you reach outside that underwater cave, cross a few bridges and you'll eventually reach a third Robo Shack owned by a lady named Edwina, or Ed for short. Like Al and Bob before her, Ed loves robots and immediately loved seeing Clank, even sticking up for him when Ratchet decides to throw another insult at him.
Pay Ed 2,000 Bolts, and she'll give Clank his final upgrade: The Hydro-Pack. This lets Ratchet swim underwater faster, fast enough to muscle through strong currents. Combining that with the 02 Mask, and you basically have the closest water mobility that this Lombax can reach to that of a purple dragon!

Back on the main route, you're gonna have to make a climb towards that bomb ship. All while blasting anything in your way.
But then when you get close, the ship will be on the way out by then. You will have to shoot it down with a turret. Aim your turret at the ship's own. You will be doing this while also getting shot at by Blarg copters.

After destroying the ship and its planet bomb, another Infobot appears with yet another message.
Drek has a new space station called Gremlik Base, and he's about to use it against the planet Olantis, specifically in its Gorda City.
Clank urged Ratchet to go to that base to stop Drek, but Ratchet was certain that Captain Qwark was waiting in that base, too. He was more focused on hunting Qwark down than saving Olantis' lives.
Oh... Poor Clank...
