Ratchet & Clank: Part 17: Obtaining the Raritanium
7After dealing with at most two missions in front of your starting path in planet Hoven, there's one more mission through a path behind your starting point.
Getting through this path will involve the use of the Swingshot, pressing on a few green buttons and also dealing with sliding on ice. Luckily, if you hover with the Thruster-Pack, you can make the ice a bit more manageable.

At the end of this path, Ratchet & Clank will run into a miner. His drill stopped working, but one bang from Ratchet fixed it up immediately. As a thanks, the miner gives the duo a piece of Raritanium.
Now you can bring that back to the inventor in Pokitaru's sewers, and he'll finally give you that Persuader.
The Persuader is a permanent item that gives you a discount on any further Gadgetron weapon purchases. This ONLY applies to weapons, but not their ammo.
For example, buying the Decoy Glove and Drone Device for 7,500 Bolts, but the Persuader will reduce this to 5,000.
I... forgot to pull off another Skill Point while I was back in Pokitaru. It's called "Alien Invasion", and it involves using the Visibomb Gun to shoot down 5 Blarg ships flying around above the resort.
I forgot about this and moved on to Gemlik Base, but that's what you need to do if you want this Skill Point.
