Jak 3: Part 13: Shooting Sacs with Sig the Spy
Jak & Daxter are summoned for a third arena match. If they win this one, they'll be recognized as true Wastelanders and citizens of Spargus.
To help out, you get the Vulcan Fury, the first Blue Eco weapon for the Morph Gun that focuses on rapid fire shots at the cost of also making you drain its ammo just as fast.
----------
After killing more gladiators, Jak & Daxter encounter a very familiar-looking one: Sig!
Sig raised his gun at Jak, but Jak couldn't fight him. Sig was only doing this because Damas would kill both of them if they someone didn't die now.
Eventually, Sig dropped his gun entirely, refusing to kill his friends and comrades. This angered the King, and seized them for a punishment.
----------
Back at Damas' throne room. He has threatened to kill both of them, especially Jak, who was still working on gaining his citizenship. Damas decided to spare Sig, because apparently he was working at Haven City's spy this whole time.
Still, for the blasphemy of not killing each other, Sig and Jak are assigned to redeem themselves by hunting down a Meta-pede nest.
----------
Every time you do a mission with Sig, you'll be driving the Gila Stomper. It's huge and one of the slower vehicles, but it has a machine gun that auto-tracks its targets. You'll need it for this mission.
After blasting away a wall of Metal Head eggs, you'll drive inside the nest. You'll eventually reach pillars of Metal Head eggs that shoot at you, just shoot them down, and you win...
...but then you'll have to make an escape from the nest, as it now releases poison gas. Thankfully, you have more than enough time to escape, even if there are Metal Head bats shooting at you.
----------
Upon, finishing and surviving this mission, Damas decides to spare the guys their lives, but he threatens that he WILL execute them next time if they defile his arena again.
I tried going back on foot, because before those eggs, there was a section that had Precursor Orbs stashed on small cliffs. I guess I walk too far away from Sig.
I also tried going back by car, but all this did was reset the gas time AND I was locked in the Gila Stomper again.
So for now, I just go back to the garage and move on with the plot, because a new mission immediately pops up as soon as you return with Sig. Another familiar face makes a comeback...
